Applications ranged from purchased Dun & Bradstreet accounting packages (series M) to in-house developed applications on an IBM 3090 MVS/ESA system. Served as the Laboratory's user liaison for the Corporate-wide Information Center, providing user support to all corporate users of this system (10,000+ users). Participated in design and development of corporate client-server interface to the Corporate Information Center. Participated in system documentation activities, system design, and system development for primary ORNL financial accounting needs. Managed annual budgeting and reporting system activities which enabled the Laboratory to formulate its annual budget and required reporting for the Department of Energy and Congress. Served as the division's PC support resource, troubleshooting all hardware and software problems. Also served as the Division Computer Security Officer.
